Our products are perishable food items and therefore not eligible for returns. However, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We take extra care to ensure proper cold packaging and timely shipping. If you suspect the integrity of the item you received has been compromised, please contact us at seamoss@getplantedseeds.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the compromised product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please be sure to send photos or videos to us at seamoss@getplantedseeds.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges for damaged items
If you believe you received a compromised product, please notify us at seamoss@getplantedseeds.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure you have the product on hand and include photos or videos of the damage. If approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional charge. Given the perishable nature of our products, we will only consider exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for items that are damaged after delivery confirmation.
